Multi-Sport Speed & Agility Youth Classes 

Drop in Monday through Thursday for one-hour sessions built around the fundamentals: acceleration, change of direction, deceleration, and body control. Ages 8–17, all sports welcome.

This isn't daycare with cones. Our coaches teach kids how to move using the same movement principles we drill with NFL athletes, just scaled to where your kid is right now. They'll get faster, but more importantly, they'll understand why they're getting faster.

Adult Fitness Classes

You're not here for a gym. You're here because you want to be coached.

Our adult classes use the same training philosophy we apply to our pro athletes: movement quality first, then load, then intensity. You'll build real strength, not just soreness. Classes are capped small so our coaches can actually coach.

All fitness levels are welcome. Ego isn't.

What can you expect from Landow Performance?

"Performance training has multiple levels. My training is employed by enabling the body to withstand common forces while making the body more resilient to forces of the given sport. As I teach precise mechanics, I lead my athletes to increase the development of force (strength) and decrease the time it takes to produce that force (speed), thus, yielding greater efficiency with each effort. Superior resilience and efficiency in movement not only augments sport performance, it also allows athletes to undergo less strain in sport, and ultimately extend their athletic career."
