Adult Fitness Training in Centennial, CO
You used to train for one season. Now you're training for the next 30.
Our adult programs run on the same floor and the same system we use to prepare athletes for the NFL Combine, coached by the same staff. Scaled to your body, your training history, and the fact that you have to get up for work tomorrow morning. Feel athletic again, but skip the part where you get beat up.
Adult Fitness Classes
Every coach at LP programs their own classes, so the session you walk into reflects a real coach's judgment about the people in the room that day. Loads, exercise selection, and work-to-rest ratios all get adjusted on the fly based on how you're moving. What holds steady across every class is the underlying structure: prepare the body thoroughly, build strength, express some power, and close with the mobility work most people skip on their own.
Inside a typical class
-
Dynamic warm-up and movement prep
-
Strength block (compound lifts or kettlebell complexes)
-
Power or metabolic finisher (sled pushes, assault bike intervals, plyometrics)
-
Guided mobility/reset to close
A first-timer and a 15-year lifter can train side by side and both leave appropriately humbled. Coming back from an injury? Tell your coach. Modifying intelligently is half the job, and our staff has spent careers returning athletes to play. Your bad shoulder is not going to scare anybody.
Ready for your first session?
Grab a spot on the schedule and we'll handle the rest. Classes stay intentionally small, which is great for coaching and bad for procrastinators.

Small Group Training (3-5 people)
Get the focus of personal coaching without losing the fun of training with friends. We cap these squads at five so your coach can fine-tune cues, tweak loads, and progress the group on a shared plan that still respects individual goals. Perfect for coworkers, friends, family, or a weekend crew that wants accountability.
-
Customized programming built around the group’s common objectives
-
Lower per-person cost than private sessions
-
Flexible scheduling

Partner Training (2-on-1)
Bring a spouse, a workout buddy, or a lifelong training rival and split the cost of a dedicated coach. You'll push harder with someone next to you, and you'll show up more often, because canceling on a coach can be easy but standing up your partner is not.
- Individual assessments and goal tracking for each of you
- Shared warmups, with sets that diverge when your needs do
- Built-in accountability, so "I'll go tomorrow" happens less

Private Training (1-on-1)
Every rep, rest interval, and progression decision made for an audience of one. Your coach starts with a full movement screen and performance baseline, builds your program from scratch, then rebuilds it every block as you adapt. Strength, conditioning, mobility, nutrition check-ins if you want them. This is the most direct line between where you are and where you want to be.
- Detailed movement screen and performance testing up front
- Fully individualized programming, updated every training block
- A coach whose only job that hour is you

Same System. Different Season of Life.
The people who come through our doors in Centennial range from NFL veterans to ten-year-olds to grandparents who want to get up off the floor without making it an event. The system doesn't change. The vocabulary of good movement is the same at every age; we just build different sentences with it. Come learn yours.
